About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Michigan and Ohio markets with a focus on spearheading growth in large to mid-sized staffing engagements. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regional sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and managing a team of Sales Directors to drive client acquisition and retention. This role requires a dynamic individual with at least 7 years of experience in the staffing industry, a proven track record in sales and leadership, and a strong understanding of technology solutions in the staffing sector. The Regional Sales Director will also be expected to collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans for market expansion and must be a strategic thinker with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Applicants for the Regional Sales Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The role demands a strategic thinker with a willingness to travel within the assigned region and the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the staffing industry and a proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion. Experience with Salesforce, Ultify, and Slack for efficient communication and operations is also required.
