If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Technical Lead - Cloud Based Projects to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).The Technical Lead will oversee the technical execution of cloud-based projects for federal agencies, ensuring adherence to federal security standards, regulations, and best practices. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and architects, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-based solutions, ensuring full compliance with federal security and regulatory standards, such as NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP.Architect secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructures for federal systems, aligning with IT modernization objectives and evolving technology landscapes.Ensure all technical solutions and cloud implementations adhere to federal cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST 800-53, FIPS, and other relevant guidelines to protect sensitive data.Serve as the primary technical advisor to agency stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into strategic, actionable project plans and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Proactively identify and assess technical risks associated with federal cloud initiatives, devising and implementing comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and security.Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, conducting thorough code reviews, and enforcing federal agency-specific development and security protocols.Lead and coordinate incident response efforts for cloud security breaches or system outages, ensuring all actions follow federal response protocols and best practices for recovery and reporting.Drive continuous improvement of cloud systems by staying abreast of new technologies, federal mandates, and industry best practices, recommending enhancements to maintain operational excellence.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field 5 years' experience of technical leadership experience supporting cloud-based projects for US Federal Government clients or agencies.5 years' experience with Agile methodologiesMust be a US citizen or Green Card HolderMust currently reside in the Washington, DC Area Preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP)Professional certification required: Project Management Professional (PMP)#INDPUBLICAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
