As the Acute Care Clinical Nurse, you will report directly to the Nurse Manager, ensuring you have strong leadership and support. Additionally, nursing assistants and support staff will report to you, allowing you to lead with confidence and make a tangible impact on patient care.
At Lake District Hospital's Acute Care Clinical Unit, the Acute Care Clinical Nurse will be part of a vibrant team in a 25-bed facility with 40 dedicated Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs). The unit combines a fast-paced, professional atmosphere with a supportive, family-like environment, ensuring comprehensive patient care. You'll work alongside excellent MDs and exceptional techs, contributing to a collaborative and high-quality healthcare experience.
As a Clinical Acute Care Nurse, your labor and delivery background will be a valuable asset as you mentor staff, develop educational programs, and enhance clinical skills to elevate patient care.
