Hospitalist Physician

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania often referred to as "Philly," is the largest city in the state and the sixth-most populous city in the United States. Philadelphia is rich in history and culture and played a pivotal role in the American Revolution. It is known for its historical landmarks, vibrant neighborhoods, diverse cultural scene, and strong educational and healthcare institutions. Facility: A healthcare facility with more than 200 inpatient beds, and a host of outpatient services, this hospital has a broad range of specialties to meet patients health care needs. Opportunity: * Hospitalist group consists of 6 Hospitalists, 2 Nocturnists and 4 Per Diems in addition to midlevel providers. * Seeking associates who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital. * The candidates seeking full-time employment can expect to work a 7 on 7 off schedule. There is a dedicated employee to rounding 8 hours M-F. The Hospitalist schedule allows for a balance between personal and professional life. * Nazareth has a census of 10-14 patients per physician shift. 60% of patients are seen by the Hospitalist and 40% are seen by Private Physicians. * Open ICU * Not required to do any procedures. There is a team to help with vents.
