Profile
- 10+ years of construction industry experience
- Mastery in scoping out bids and drafting and executing subcontracts
- Can the independently execute a monthly job cost forecast and ensure accuracy
- Execute and accurate and updated monthly job schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, (or similar)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of diverse employees
Job Offer
- The compensation package includes a salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, contingent on experience
