Gastroenterology Physician

Hospital is looking for a gastroenterologist Details: * Monday-Thursday - Clinic coverage - 8a-4:30p * 20-25 days per month of outpatient clinic coverage needed. * Setting: Outpatient, Clinic * Duties: ERCP, EGD, EVS * Required Procedures: ERCP * EMR: EPIC * Support Staff: MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech * Reason for Coverage: Provider resigning. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS * Board Certified Gastroenterology REQUIRED * Active UT license REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) * Active BLS - Required for credentialing. * Gastro Fellowship - REQUIRED * Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.) * Candidate must be able to perform ERCP - Required to note * Must disclose what date provider can start - REQUIRED * Must disclose # of shifts per month provider can offer to the site - REQUIRED * Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - REQUIRED * Clean Malpractice/Background - Required & Must include Self inquiry NPDB report
