* Coverage Needed: * Ongoing 2025 * Friday - Tuesday each week * 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Clinic * 5:00 pm - 8:00 am - Night Call * Sat, Sun * 7:00 am - 7:00 am - 24 hour call only * Clinical Details: * Call, Clinic, Rounding * Phone Consults: 0-3 * Admissions: 4 * Support Staff: * 2 RNS * 4 CMN * Average Daily Census: * In Hospital: 4-6 Inpatients per shift * In Clinic: 15 Patients * 15 Beds * EMR: * McKesson * Paragon * Athena * Procedures: * Areas of Practice: Low Risk/High Risk Pregnancies, FHR Interpretations (NST/CST/FSE), OB Ultrasounds (Performance of, Interpretation, Level I Screening viability) * Labor and Delivery: Routine Delivery (vaginal, low forceps, decision making for C-section), complicated delivery (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc), Repair of 3rd or 4th degree lacerations. * Gynecology: Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only (tubal ligation, LOAs, Chronal Tubation), Operative/major (diagnostic, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs) * Requirements: * Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible * Active NC License * ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring * Case Requirements in the last 12 months: * 50 deliveries including 12 cesareans * 25 GYN surgeries including 5 major vaginal and abdominal cases
