What You Will Do

As an Account Manager at Premier Research Labs, you will be the key driver of both revenue retention and growth within an established portfolio of accounts. You will foster deep relationships with clients, offering them unparalleled support and ensuring that they fully understand and utilize our high-quality nutritional supplements. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to proactively generate new business and re-engage dormant accounts, all while promoting our commitment to exceptional product quality and scientific rigor.
Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily in proactive outreach to clients, answering sales-related inquiries and guiding them toward the right products for their needs, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Promote and educate clients on the use of our online platforms to encourage self-service.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with your client base, serving as their primary point of contact and advisor on Premier Research Labs' product offerings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by leveraging your deep knowledge of nutrition and product efficacy to recommend the best solutions for clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new business, including cold and warm leads, and re-engage dormant accounts to expand your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure cohesive customer experience and address any inquiries promptly (within 1-2 business days).
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately document client interactions, sales processes, and opportunities, ensuring meticulous tracking of all activities and sales pipeline updates.
  • Prepare detailed proposals for larger orders and follow up with clients to close sales opportunities, maintaining a consultative and client-centered approach.
Who You Are

You are a proactive, goal-oriented Account Manager, passionate about health and wellness and eager to make a meaningful impact. You thrive on building client relationships and excel at driving growth independently across various sales channels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in nutrition, health sciences, business, or a related field required.
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the nutraceutical, health, or wellness industries.
  • A background in nutrition, either through formal education (e.g., degree or certification in nutrition or dietetics) or significant job experience in a nutrition-related field, is required.
  • Documented success in sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas is a plus.
  • Deep passion for holistic wellness, healthy living, and nutraceuticals with the ability to communicate the science behind products confidently.
  • Strong ability to learn and communicate complex scientific and nutritional concepts in a relatable, customer-friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and standard office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and calls simultaneously.
