We are on the lookout for an exceptional Vice President of Finance and Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the leading finance professional, responsible for shaping and managing strategic finance initiatives, comprehensive accounting practices, meticulous reporting, and insightful analytics. As a key player, you will collaborate closely with our Founders and executive team to fuel the company’s growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and overseeing all facets of the finance function
• Serving as the primary financial advisor to the executive team
• Preparing and delivering financial insights and analysis to stakeholders
• Driving vital strategic projects and ensuring adherence to financial regulations
• Streamlining financial operations to enhance efficiency

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Current or recent experience in a similar leadership role, particularly in startup or entrepreneurial settings
• Experience in the advertising, marketing, event planning, media, entertainment, or content production industries
• A strong foundation in financial systems, with adept skills in financial planning and analysis
• A proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance
• Experience overseeing both international and domestic finance practices
• Ability to manage compliance and develop finance and accounting teams
