A well-established hospital in Eastern Montana is actively searching for a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join their team.
This full-service community medical center has been serving patients for over 100 years. Their campus includes 24-hour emergency care, full medical and surgical services, and an Extended Care facility.
The Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) will report to the Director of the Clinical Laboratory and work alongside other experienced and knowledgeable laboratory technologists. Under minimal supervision, the Lab Scientist will test and report samples within the required turn-around time and must be able to prioritize samples appropriately. This person will follow prescribed procedures in performing laboratory testing and be capable of troubleshooting instrumentation and test procedures. Communication is essential to refer unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel and to orient co-workers and other personnel to the lab policies and procedures.
