About the Role

The Company is in search of a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contract basis with a strong background in financial leadership, particularly within the context of startups and with a proven ability to secure institutional investment. The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, providing guidance to the executive team and board of directors, and overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role also involves managing cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risks, as well as building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and a track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA being advantageous. Experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, particularly in the startup and luxury hospitality sectors, is highly valued. The role requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The CFO must be a strategic thinker capable of translating financial strategies into actionable plans, and have a solid understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting principles. A demonstrated track record of driving financial performance and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential, along with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
