About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. This integral role involves providing financial leadership and strategy for the organization, particularly in the dynamic and growing mortgage industry. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and investor relations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's continued growth and success, shaping financial strategy to align with business objectives, and ensuring the maintenance of appropriate internal controls and procedures. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a CFO or equivalent role, with a strong leadership background in the financial industry, is required. Experience in the mortgage industry is highly desirable. The CFO will also be expected to have skills in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning, as well as excellent people skills and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the company's mission. Experience in nonprofit accounting and a deep understanding of the complexities of the electrical contracting field are also advantageous.
