Our client, Optical Cable Corporation is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assemblers, you will be part of the Production team. The ideal candidate will be a Team Player, a Self-Starter and a Hard Worker which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler Location: Swannanoa, NC Pay Range: $16.00 What’s the Job? Working with Fiber Optic Cable Assemble small parts, sub-assemblies, and kits according to work instructions and assembly drawings. Ability to use small hand tools such as screwdrivers, nut driver, and pneumatic rivet gun Good communication skills, both written and oral Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word required. What’s Needed? HS Diploma or GED Clean Background and Drug screen Ability to Maneuver 35 pounds Full range of motion ability, including stretching, bending, and stooping Good eyesight What’s in it for me?
