You’ll lead key strategic and tactical Service Marketing initiatives. You’ll also drive the Service portfolio expansion strategy, building business case rationale to increase revenue opportunities through 3rd party partnerships.Key responsibilities: Thorough and accurate in all aspects of service offerings related to pricing, volume, commitment levels, and total revenue/profit for BaxterRapid mastery of the U.S. Kidney Care business, products, and customers to drive for maximum value-creationAble to analyze current service interactions and drive identify optimum business to a decision through clear, concise, and compelling recommendations to our commercial organization and leadershipProvide balanced and nuanced inputs to individual deals to ensure alignment with overall strategic prioritiesAbility to manage large quantities of data from multiple sources in an organized, structured manner to guide strategic decisionsAssist contract and legal teams in supporting customer contracts decisions while also maintaining oversight of entire agreement to ensure alignment with commercial objectivesDeal reporting for service organization tying outcomes to actual P&L performance by working closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial Excellence teamsKey partner to our marketing teams to carry out targeting and pricing goals and prioritiesCreation of strategic vision over short and medium term plansDrive innovation on digital service offerings – what does the future look like and how do we get there?Business plan creation/contribution to new service offerings and product launchesCollaboration with stakeholders to analyze potential BD and M&A opportunitiesKey AttributesStrategic Thinking - Solid ability to understand internal business and market trends, complex financial data, and customer needs to help define advanced planning/positioning strategies that create value/drive growth.Planning Skills – Strong mastery of near, mid and long term horizons for specific therapies that are served by US Kidney Care products and services. Ability to make the right decisions for our patients, customers, and stakeholders. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
