DescriptionJohnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Director, Global Programs (MedTech Supply Chain Deliver) to be located in Raritan, NJ, Raynham, MA, West Chester, New Brunswick, NJ, West Palm Beach, FL, or LATAM MedTech locations such as Juarez, MX, Bogota, CO, or Sao Paulo, BR.The Johnson and Johnson MedTech Deliver organization is seeking a Director, Global Programs, to be the Deliver & Logistics leader and representative on a critical supply chain capacity expansion effort impacting multiple Business Units.  Responsibilities of the Director, Global Programs include the below.·       Lead the development and readiness of Deliver and Logistics capabilities such as 3PL, 4PL, Transportation Lanes, Trade Operations, and others to support the capacity expansion across Business Units. ·       Deliver across all programs workstreams per aCAR and project timelines.·       Ensure all elements of program management are in place, (product delivery, communication, change management, training, testing, cutover, Business Continuity Planning, go live, hyper care), managed and incorporated into appropriate workstreams·       Lead the cross-functional Logistics workstream driving E2E collaboration with Global Logistics Procurement, MT Distribution Procurement, Global Transport & Trade Ops, Deliver and supporting functions like QA, IT, and EHS.·       Drive key decisions across multiple Business Units, ensuring alignment for Logistics function, inclusive of supplier synergies and compliance controls.·       Represent the Logistics workstream in the broader E2E Program PMO.·       Perform all PMO activities leveraging FPX to ensure timely delivery of all program objectives across Logistics functions, within budget objectives.·       Develop and Lead governance processes with Deliver & Logistics executive leaders including clear escalation process.·       Drive operationalization of implementation activities into steady state operations working with key Supply chain functions.·       Provide people & organizational leadership, ensuring compliance with J&J policies and processes.QualificationsRequirements for the Director, Global Programs include the below.·       At least 10 years of experience in a Logistics, Supply Chain or Deliver function.·       At least 2 years of experience at a director level.·       Prior people and organizational leadership experience.·       Experience leading and implementing large projects and program management.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of leadership.Bilingual in English and Spanish Proficiency with financial principles, core business concepts, and business and operations management.Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to make and act on decisions while balancing speed, quality, and risk.·       The ability to travel ~25% within NA and LATAM.·       Experience developing and implementing Deliver and Logistics capabilities (preferred). ·       FPX certification (preferred).The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
