Kia also offers company lease and purchase programs, company-wide holiday shutdown, paid volunteer hours, and premium lifestyle amenities at our corporate campus in Irvine, California.StatusExemptSummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to enthusiastically lead the region’s efforts toward attainment of regional objectives for Customer Satisfaction, Parts & Accessory sales, Warranty cost control, Service owner retention, parts inventory management, training, and other activities which support the sale of Kia products.
