Our client’s TV team focuses on enhancing the personalized TV experience. Role supports the rollout of new software features, coordinating with engineering, product, QA and UX.
Overall Responsibilities:
The Technical Program Manager will drive the program planning, management, and execution of TV initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional activities to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals. This role requires end-to-end ownership of complex programs, with a focus on aligning milestones, managing dependencies, and enabling success metrics to track program impact.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Program Management and Execution: Own and oversee the complete lifecycle of program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, product, UX, and other cross-functional teams to establish program milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Present program updates, analyses, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executive management, to maintain transparency and alignment.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in technical program management, ideally within consumer technology or media products.
- Project Management Skills: Strong ability to define scope, identify milestones, and manage complex project timelines with tools like Taskflow or similar project tracking systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Proven experience collaborating across teams and locations, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to drive outcomes and manage dependencies.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior Contracting Experience with Google
- Familiarity with Google Tools (e.g., Buganizer, Taskflow)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $69.24 to $76.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
