The candidate must be a strong senior developer that is comfortable learning a COTS product and developing subject matter expertise, tackling challenges sometimes without a lot of guidance or information, and collaborating in a fast-paced, highly visible team environment. The primary responsibilities of this role require maintaining and enhancing complex operational software systems, interacting with Government project leadership on priorities, developing task estimates, and providing input to Government roadmaps. Other activities include conducting upgrades, debugging existing software and correcting defects; integrating existing software into new or modified systems and operating environments; investigating and analyzing user problems and identifying potential solutions. Qualifications: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph A bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten (10) years of software development experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Experience with JavaScript and XML Understanding of Linux server environment Willingness to embrace challenges and seek to become an expert in the products Experience with COTS integration Experience developing and updating technical documentation Skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting computer systems and software Must be able to work during core hours of 10am-2pm Monday – Friday. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Desired Experience: Experience closely collaborating with the Government customer Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS or C2S Experience with Java and JavaScript Experience with Oracle and SQL databases Experience or familiarity with ARCHIBUS Experience with agile development methodologies Experience the with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Confluence & Jira Experience with Perceptive Content or any content management or workflow management suite Required Clearance:Active TSSCI clearance with Full Scope polyPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $150k - $190kPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
