The Devices team is seeking a creative, motivated engineer to build foundational technologies that enable internal engineers and external developers to interact with devices, simulators, and virtual machines as part of the development process.DescriptionAs an engineer working on this team, you will be responsible for developing and improving applications and frameworks that engineers use every day as part of the build & debug cycle, manage device labs, and reliably implement millions of tests every day. You will work in a highly cross functional capacity with teams all across Apple including iOS Apps and Frameworks, Developer Tools, Build Engineering, Core OS, Hardware Engineering, CI Technologies, and more. You will contribute directly to the success of the Apple ecosystem by helping streamline the way our internal engineers and the developer community at large make amazing products for our customers.Minimum QualificationsBS in Computer Science or equivalentmacOS App development experience with SwiftUIStrong debugging and triage skillsExcellent communication and collaborative skillsPreferred QualificationsExcitement and passion to work on amazing productsComfortable with rapid development cycles, tight schedules, and overlapping projectsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,900 and $183,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
