in their career. As a Healthcare
Technology Management (HTM) Business Development Manager you will be
responsible for:Develop
and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects for
assigned geography.Meet and
exceed HTM Annual Sales Targets.Provide relevant point of view on customer/industry requirements
while demonstrating industry and technical acumen – commensurate with the
interests of the Customer C-levels.Identifying and creating HTM solutions with an extensive
portfolio that delivers world class outcomes for our customers and helps to
elevate Siemen’s position in the HTM/MVS market.Engage with the North American and Global ES team to keep abreast
of the growing portfolio and share your understanding of the market and the
evolving needs of our customers.Demonstrate ability to thrive in matrix management environment and
to lead collaboration efforts as solutions will horizontally extend across
Siemens business units, people, process, and technology.Drive innovation through product offerings and collaboration
projects to redefine HTM.Analyze customers business requirements including clinical,
operational, financial, technical, and departmental level strategic objectives.Actively contribute to moving Services from reacting to market
& customer events to proactively targeting, engaging, advancing, and
advising customers.This

expertise and success in leading the development and achievement of HTM

in the field of medical technology, healthcare operations, and/or MTM/MV
is preferredDemonstrate mastery level
knowledge of analytics and workflow optimization in HTM.Understand innovative business
models within healthcare settings and how HTM can drive sustainable change in
an organization.Design & sell unique
one-of-a-kind services that redefine traditional methodologies in HTM Market.Required
skills to have for the success of this roleMinimum of 8
years sales experience forging long-term relationships with
healthcare leaders in hospital operations.Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent experience required.Willing to
travel up to 50%.Recent
experience with complex sales strategies or HTM/MV business.The base salary range for this position is $140,000 -
$160,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. There is also a variable compensation plan
(commission) at target of $85,000. This position is Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health
