Work Dates Needed: asap start after 60 days of credentials for 3 months Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Worksite Setting: FQHC, outpatient setting with 7 to 10 other primary care providers Scope of Work: babies to adults all primary care visits. 3 patients per hour mandatory, or 24 patients a day. Lab on site but no x-ray Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, Must be board certified in order to present to him. Might consider IM board certification EMR: EPIC
