POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Senior Integrated Producer, you will work closely with senior leaders to oversee day-to-day production responsibilities, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards within established budgets and timelines. You will serve as the primary point of contact for post-production projects, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of various production elements. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, project scope management, continuous education on production advancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to manage and execute projects in accordance with agency standards, ensuring adherence to established budgets and timeframes.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for post-production projects, overseeing CGI, color correction, online and offline editing for broadcast and social deliverables.
  • Generate project timelines, working closely with account teams, creatives, and vendors to meet client deadlines.
  • Seek creative solutions to financial or time limitations while maintaining a high level of production excellence.
  • Assist with budget management and invoice tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to project budgets.
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly team and client status meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted partner and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously educate yourself on the production landscape, staying informed about post-production improvements, award-winning work, emerging talent, and evolving social and digital platforms.
  • Apply industry knowledge and best practices to drive innovation, elevate production quality, and enhance client deliverables.
  • Work closely with fellow producers to support all stages of production, including complex and international projects.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the agency's capabilities and collaborate with different departments to leverage resources effectively.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in integrated production management, with experience in post-production and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of post-production processes and technical aspects, including CGI, color correction, online and offline editing for various deliverables.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, estimating, and financial management.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to find creative solutions to overcome financial or time limitations without compromising quality.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the production landscape.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
