Envision Physician Services is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic group of providers at Medical City Dallas in the Pediatric Emergency Department.
Overview: As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in our Emergency Department. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of pediatric medical conditions and emergencies.
Position Profile:
- Current licensure / Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (preferred) No New Grads at this time.
- 19 Pediatric ED Beds + 2 Triage Spaces
- 39,000 annual volume
- 9-hour shifts
- Meditech EMR
- Pediatric sub-specialties include cardiology, cardiac surgery, GI, hematology/oncology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, surgery, urology, and plastic surgery
- Join a team of experienced PEM trained physicians and acute care, pediatric dedicated, advanced practice providers who are providing 24/7 PED coverage
