Looking for a practice that flexes to your own preference and is located in gorgeous lake country? Look no further! We are looking for a Family Medicine physician for our hospital in Berlin, Wisconsin. 

Full Time 1.0 FTE - 32 patient contact hours (4 days per week) or 36 patient contact hours (4 days per week)

Call Rotation: 1 every 2 weeks for weekday call 5p-7a and 1 in 19 for weekend call
19-20 patients per day
Collaborative team of providers that is always willing to help. Clinic consists of RNs, MA/LPNs, and Registration staff.
Team includes 13 physicians and 7 APCs
Passion for Behavioral Health desired.
