Manager - Strategy and Operations

The Manager - Strategy and Operations will drive critical central initiatives and key areas for process improvements throughout the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on influential and diverse projects, taking ownership of strategic initiatives and overseeing their successful implementation.

Qualification:
  • Cross-functional experience in startups, investment banking, venture capital (VC), consulting, or strategy (mandatory)
  • 3+ years of experience after completing an undergraduate degree OR up to 2 years of experience after completing a postgraduate degree (mandatory)
  • Exposure to Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology businesses (preferred)
  • MBA degree from Tier 1 colleges (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, and others on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Identify opportunities and work with functional leaders to optimize performance and drive improvements across the organization
  • Aid in the preparation of communication materials, including investor reporting, board meeting presentations, internal memos, and business review reports
  • Lead special projects aligned with key business priorities
  • Responsible for decision-making support, research, and analysis for driving new initiatives
  • Collaborate on the business roadmap, growth, and strategy
  • Analyze data to derive actionable insights

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in written communication and documentation
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex topics to a wide audience
  • Project management expertise to drive projects in a structured manner from start to finish
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving acumen
  • Strong execution focus and the ability to accomplish tasks
  • Ability to think logically and create processes from scratch
