Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $65/hour to $75/hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

We are seeking a change management practitioner to join our team to lead change initiatives for large-scale, cross-functional transformations for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Understand client's business and design effective change strategy and plan in support of business outcomes.
- Assess and understand impacted stakeholders, creating personas and detailed change impact assessments to shape stakeholder journeys and change interventions.
- Create change management strategies to support implementations for different types of projects, including technology implementations, business process improvement and culture change initiatives.
- Deploy change management strategy including but not limited to written communications, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, training, and the management of change champion networks.
- Measure and monitor organizational readiness and change adoption and present findings and recommendations to continually improve.
- Develop client change management capabilities. For example, develop leaders and managers by providing clear guidance, expectations and talking points to equip them to communicate with stakeholders about change.
- Work in multiple disciplines across industries, building client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months or a year).
What You'll Bring:
- Experience operating at both the strategic and tactical level - from aligning leaders around a change strategy to managing all aspects of change implementation, adoption, and measurement.
- Ability to identify potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Ability to develop actionable and targeted change management deliverables including change management plans, stakeholder impact assessments, personas, journey maps, communications plans, training plans, and adoption plans.
- Outstanding communication skills with stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to facilitate training for both functional and leading / teaming curriculums.
- Ability to think critically, problem solve, and make recommendations.
Nice to Have:
- Working knowledge of change management approaches and methodologies, such as Slalom Change Agility, Prosci ADKAR, ADDIE Learning Model, and Kotter's Change Model
- Experience in adjacent capabilities, such as, business strategy, talent strategy, process optimization, operating model, agile, or program / project management.
