A large private practice in Southwest Florida is seeking 3 physicians to join their team covering Bonita Springs, Ft. Myers, and Cape Coral Medical Offices. 25 minutes north of Naples - only 15 minutes to the beach! Job Description: * Join one of the largest private gastroenterology practices in the country * Join an impressive team of 200+ providers. * Covering Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, and Bonita Springs Medical Offices * Join a team of 5 MD/DOs in a "volume-ready" practice * Monday to Friday schedule with no hospital call * Site emphasizes a work-life balance * Services and Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD Upper GI Endoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Enteroscopy, Hemorrhoid Banding, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Infusion, Telehealth, TIF , Video Capsule Endoscopy * Open to J1 and H1B visa candidates. * Will consider candidates who were previously Board Certified and need to obtain again (case-by-case) * A candidate able to start quickly is highly preferred * Accepting new graduate candidates through 2025 Compensation and Benefits: * Market competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). * wRVU production bonuses * Comprehensive stipend - OR- Sign-on bonus + Relocation package * Associate-to-Partner pathway, including Equity and Endo ownership, etc. Typically, within 2 years of joining, but may be expedited for high RVU & experience * Benefits starting day one!
