ECU Health Roanoke Chowan Hospital, located in Ahoskie, North Carolina, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join their surgical services team. The successful candidate will work as an independent contractor.
With close proximity to the beaches of North Carolina and Virginia combined with a 2 week on/2 week off schedule, this opportunity lends itself to an excellent work-life balance.
Job Highlights include:
* Hospital privileges at ECU Health Roanoke Chowan Hospital - Community Practice Model
* 1099 position
* Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
* Shared Call
* Supervision of experienced CRNA s
* Work schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, including nights/weekends
* Part time one week on schedule is also available
* General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and OB/GYN cases
* 180 surgical cases per month
* Procedures will include general anesthesia, blocks, and labor epidurals
* Malpractice coverage provided including tail coverage
* Short commute from Greenville, NC and the Tidewater, VA area

ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital is a 114-bed, not-for-profit hospital, located in Ahoskie NC. This area features beautiful rural scenery and a climate conducive to year-round, outdoor activities. The 15-bed ER serves approximately 21,000 patients per year from the local community and surrounding towns. This modern facility provides a wide range of health services to its 39,000 residents in the four-county area.
