Details : * Setting: government facility serving underserved patient population in Port Isabel, TX * Duties: * Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Provide psychotherapy and medication management * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient Care * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. * All patients ages 18 and up * Schedule: PART TIME - 20 hours per week Required : * Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from a school in the US or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school established by NCFMEA or ECFMG * Completion of 4 years of medical specialty training leading to board eligibility or certification in psychiatry * Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed practicing psychiatrist * Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) * Active TX license * Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association Benefits : * Competitive salary * Flexible working hours * Professional development opportunities * Supportive work environment * 100% of malpractice insurance covered
