When on call, you have a 24-hour shift (telephonic ONLY), triaged prior to provider engagement. (6-8 times/year) * We ask physicians to supervise at least (1) APP. * Routine wellness visits, Sick visits, Chronic conditions, Minor injuries, Joint Injections * Family Planning and Women's Health Services * Lab Services, Screenings, Prescription Refills Background Desired - Internal Medicine Physician * MD/DO * Board certified / Board Eligible - Internal Medicine * Active TX state medical license or in process Contact Jon Crosby
