User Productivity Operations Director
Key Role:
Manage a team of functional and technical experts to lead and manage operations and delivery of User Productivity across Booz Allen's multi-billion-dollar enterprise. Maintain responsibility for enhancing the employee digital experience and enabling the users to be more efficient through support and implementation of solutions to enhance user productivity and satisfaction, including managing the productivity and stability of our Microsoft tenant. Oversee the improvement of processes and systems that support our client-facing teams to include promoting innovation and application of emerging IT technologies within the context of a business domain area. Lead the development and implementation of our user productivity portfolio roadmap, setting the direction, pace, and targets to implement a rigorous operational tempo in our productivity services while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, appropriate resource allocation, and innovation. Lead a diverse team of technical product owners to drive overall performance and operational efficiency of the portfolio while providing strategic direction and guidance to the team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Grow and develop a team of hardworking and motivated solutions architects and product owners and continue to instill a culture centered around Agile development, execution, and accountability across organizational boundaries by focusing on strong collaboration with other teams and key partners in our Enterprise Cyber Security and Information Technology, Infrastructure Engineering and Operations portfolios, and the Office of the CIO. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leading the use and development of user productivity solutions and technologies
- Experience acting in a project management role
- Experience leading cross-functional teams using effective collaboration
- Experience leading teams larger than 20 employees in a similar user productivity environment
- Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation with metrics to validate
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in Technology Operations or 15+ years of experience in Technology Operations in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, DevOps Software, Helpdesk Systems, and Unified Communications
- Experience in a similar role within a large organization
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree
- PMP or ITIL Certifications
