The Account Executive (AE) is an experienced member of the sales team with a proven track record of prospecting and closing enterprise level deals, and meeting, or exceeding assigned quota. AE's are responsible for owning, managing, and leading their pod through the full sales process from the first point of contact through closing new sales. The position requires strong prospecting, effective communication, presentation and closing skills.

What You do as a LifeRaft Account Executive
- Deliver on assigned NNARR quota targets as outlined in your variable compensation plan.
- Responsible for strategic pipeline growth through virtual and in-person (travel) networking opportunities within industry working groups, conferences, and associations.
- Manage assigned pod to lead potential prospects and existing accounts through deal inspection and review, plan close, contract review and pricing proposals.
- Own 100% of the sales cycle for opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Ensure prospects have all resources/materials needed for purchasing decisions.
- Responsible for consistent and accurate sales forecasting, reporting and analysis.
- Build and nurture client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles.
- Overall contribution to company/revenue growth and development.
- Partner with various internal departments to communicate, develop and implement product and marketing needs and initiatives.
- Develop and execute executive briefing for POV results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in sales with a track record of closing enterprise-level accounts.
- Demonstrated ability of effective account and customer management (understanding their needs, addressing their challenges, connecting the dots).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with decision makers.
- You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Salesforce).
- You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.
- The ability to work independently and to create your own lead generation/sales funnel.
