Senior Technical Lead Engineer (Electro-Mechanical Components)
Responsibilities:
• Own up Projects to take it through the Component Development cycle (initiation to product launch)
• Fast learner to grasp the development process at customer location
• Coordinate with diverse teams to ensure project execution
• Work with suppliers towards solving any production issues of assigned projects
• Create, modify, review related Quality system documentation for the project and coordinate for necessary approvals
• Analyze data received from suppliers and make recommendations, create reports and present it to Project team / customer stakeholders

Experience:
• Medical device industry in Manufacturing (Process & Product) development roles
• Deep understanding of manufacturing process such as PCB fabrication and assembly - SMT reflow, AOI, X-Ray, Encapsulation, Laser etching and electrical testing.
• Experience in Cost Reduction implementation activities (Direct Material Costs) by process changes (not by only supplier change / alternate country for manufacture)
• Statistics - Data analysis, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gage R&R, Component Qualification along the lines of PPAP, Statistical process control, Lead and execute Design of Experiments
• Execution of process or product change management of multiple projects (planning and execution)
• Cost analysis and driving the primary necessity of cost reduction
• GDT fundamentals-design discussions
• Process validation practices (GMP), Risk analysis including use of FMEA
• Product design & DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly)
Qualifications: BS Degree - Engineering; 6 Sigma Green Belt
