The Financial Analyst completes professional duties related to the compilation, review, assessment, and reporting of key performance indicators for the company's sales and operations to assist improvement in organizational performance.

The Financial Analyst completes professional duties related to the compilation, review, assessment, and reporting of key performance indicators for the company's sales and operations to assist improvement in organizational performance.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual operating reports
- Reconcile transactions on a weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare ad hoc reporting as necessary
- Effectively works independently & within a team environment.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance operational finance reports, analytical tools, and self-service capabilities in collaboration with IT to drive efficiency for operational finance and support operational decision-making.
- Builds detailed analysis and reports utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Access.
- Establishes recommendations and conclusions based on analysis of data with some direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with quantitative analysis
- Microsoft Excel proficiency (PIVOT TABLES, MACROS, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.). SQL Experience a plus.
- Must have strong initiative and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work with large sets of data and heavy work volume
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent follow-through and proactive work style
- Experience working with Excel
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidential data
- Flexibility to work extra hours when needed
- Self-starter, who has intellectual curiosity, shows initiative and is capable of driving a project from start to finish.
