Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $165,000-189,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do
- Revenue Impact: Drive sales by proactively identifying opportunities for Slalom to deliver. Senior Principals will have a responsibility of $2.5M+ in revenue.
- Strategic Solutioning: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SOW) to drive business growth. Identify opportunities for Slalom in Business Advisory Services, both in existing and new environments.
- Lead: Manage a team of up to 5 direct reports and ensure each direct report understands performance expectations and regularly solicits and provides performance feedback. Maximizes staffability of self and team with a self-utilization target of 60% and 75% for team.
- Change Management: Experience with implementing organizational change management for wide range of change to include operating models, technology or system changes, new organizational design, and implementation of AI within an organization. High level of comfort with tailoring change management activities to the sold offering within the organization.
- Organizational Design: Experience with organizational strategy and operating model (talent, structure, governance) to solution structuring and designing organizational teams to meet current and future business needs, strategy, and objectives. Experience with how generative AI is impacting the people part of organizations (culture, teams, work and job responsibilities.)
- Talent Optimization: Understanding and experience of HR principles to include talent management, talent strategy, and workforce planning. Experience in organizational assessments, talent acquisition, competency planning, and leadership development.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 10+ years' experience in consulting in the Organizational Effectiveness areas listed above. Human Resources consulting and / or experience a plus.
- Leadership: Proven record of leading, mentoring and developing people. Strong relationship building skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Ability to influence and persuade leaders and various stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Development: Track record of growing existing client relationships and expanding new accounts and experience with formal revenue targets.
- Team and Growth Mindset: Desire and mindset to work within a matrixed team structure with multiple stakeholders. Desire to learn and develop oneself.
- OE Expertise: Deep familiarity and passion with all things related to the people part of an organization-change, culture, diversity, learning, leadership, talent.
