BenLink is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join the team! The Sales Account Manager will create and execute a strategic plan to secure new business and partnerships for our ever-growing network of service companies; Develop, drive and implement the business in assigned territory, together with existing BenLink partners; Be accountable for driving sales through our Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) partners as well as building up direct end-customer business; Perform site assessments/checks for BenLink service and installation projects, and support onboarding local service companies when needed.

This position is hybrid.

Tasks
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan that aligns with the Region strategy & targets.
  • Drive sales to achieve the monthly and yearly sales targets and KPI's.
  • Develop business with existing accounts; prospect and acquire new customers.
  • Document sales activity, call reports and action items in assigned CRM, keeping prospect pipeline updated and current.
  • Closely cooperate with the local sales and service teams of our OEM partners
  • Gain thorough understanding of the local requirements for service/maintenance projects within different industry environments.
  • Build customer relationships by supporting and consulting with them in service-related/business matters.
  • Help define and introduce new service offerings in the market.
  • Find and onboard new service companies on the platform, maintain relations with existing partners.
  • Perform service and installation job visits to audit technicians' appearance/quality of work and collect feedback from end-customers.
  • Support in solving problems related to customer orders or other customer concerns.
  • Contribute to the business development strategy development and execution in North America.
  • Build brand awareness by attending and promoting BenLink at association events, tradeshows etc.
  • Maintain professional edge through continuous learning, development and training.


Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, technical or engineering degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years documented success in service sales in a technical service environment.
  • Strong prospecting, customer relationship, sales and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of people and personalities; able to communicate clearly and effectively in person and in writing to both internal and external audiences.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, with minimal supervision and make decisions effectively, and creatively within established company guidelines.
  • An accountable team player with an ownership approach to work; understands the importance of supporting the company, its members, and their customers.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and ambiguous situations maintaining professionalism and focus.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, delegate, and manage work simultaneously.
  • Ability to proactively identify, evaluate, assess, and provide direction regarding resolutions for individual and company issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - any other language is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • High level of initiative and a results oriented mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented.
  • Confident demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory - 50-80% of the time.
  • Collaborative team player.
