Currently, Headfarmer is seeking a Fund Controller with a CPA to join our publicly traded client. The ideal candidate will have financial services industry experience ideally with wealth, asset management, or private equity investments. This experience will set you up for success as you manage the day-to-day accounting and loan servicing functions for this dynamic organization.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee daily cash management
• Oversee preparation of financial statements
• Serve as main point of contact for auditors
• Oversee technical accounting policies
• Serve as the main steward of SOX compliance

What You Will Have:

• Bachelor`s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Active CPA License
• Public accounting experience, preferably Big 4 or large national firm
• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a publicly listed company
• Financial services-type industry experience
• High ethical standards and strong work ethic
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance
