What we're seeking:

This role reports to the Director Digital Cross-Sell and is responsible for improving and driving profitability of our fiberoptic broadband service nationally. We need a proven leader to own the performance and drive results for assigned National Partners in our Digital and Cross-Sell Partner Channel.

In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Dallas, TX, location to complete your work responsibilities.

What we need in you:

You are a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams. You take ownership of your team's success. You have several years of experience in frontline sales and can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and KPI reporting. You are just as comfortable in the field talking to customers as you are in the boardroom reporting on YoY results. Speaking of results, yours are always second to none. You do everything with excellence and expect the same from your team. A creative thinker who takes responsibility for meeting your numbers even when that means thinking outside the box and trying new approaches.

What you'll do:

  • Design and execute tactics to enhance quality sales performance from assigned partner accounts
  • Implement strategies to ramp assigned emerging national partner accounts to optimal productivity
  • Develop incentives with partners to drive key performance metrics
  • Actively identify and onboard new Digital/Cross-Sell partnership opportunities
  • Regularly assess full-funnel metrics/KPIs to ensure optimal performance of partners
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned partner accounts
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas to ensure optimal fiber customer penetration
  • Grow Average Revenue Per User/Average Revenue Per Customer for each partner sale
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and improve customer experience
  • Innovate fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiberoptic internet
  • Travel as necessary to visit each partner account
  • Create Senior-level insights and analysis on all accounts
  • Report to the Director and above on major accounts

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,000

What background you should have:
  • Unwavering integrity, unrelenting drive, and continuously improving
  • 1+ years of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales experience with demonstrated success
  • 3+ years of experience leading top-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding and ability to comprehend and produce accurate sales trends, and forecasts, and uncover opportunities within the KPIs
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and content creation/communication skills
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, and emotional intelligence, and has a proven ability to influence others
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience required
  • Digital Marketing experiance is a plus
