Join our team at Camboro Veterinary Hospital located in Edinboro, PA, just a short distance from the picturesque Lake Erie in Northwest PA. We are currently looking for a dedicated Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director to lead our practice. Joint Ownership is an option for interested candidates but not a requirement.
As the Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical leadership, fostering a collaborative work environment, managing Associate veterinarians, and ensuring compliance with veterinary regulations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing medical practices, managing surgical and medical cases, and maintaining medical protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for the continuous education and licensure of our veterinary team.
Join us in overseeing the financial performance of the hospital, including budget preparation, revenue management, and strategic planning. Your role will involve monitoring key financial reports to drive the success of our practice. Collaborating with the Hospital Manager, you will implement innovative strategies to enhance client service, marketing initiatives, and overall practice success.
