Your Role: More Than Just an Assistant
As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the CEO's trusted partner, handling critical responsibilities with precision, discretion, and care. Your role includes:
- Strategic Scheduling: Manage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar, balancing business priorities with personal commitments.
- Document Excellence: Draft, edit, and refine presentations, correspondence, and reports to the highest professional standard.
- Event Coordination: Organize key meetings, corporate events, and non-profit initiatives, ensuring flawless execution.
- Travel Management: Plan and oversee domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries.
- Administrative Oversight: Maintain an organized executive suite, manage vendor relationships, and oversee office logistics.
- Personal Assistance: Support the CEO's work-life balance through personal errands, event planning, and travel arrangements.
- Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships at all levels.

What You Bring
- Experience: At least 10 years supporting senior executives, with proven expertise in managing competing priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, QuickBooks, Concur, and relevant web applications.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial, legal, and business principles is a strong advantage.
