Position Summary:
- Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
Minimum Education:
- Graduate of an RN Training Program
- Completion of Basic EKG course
Preferred Education:
- Completion of a Critical Care course preferred.
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum one year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Two years experience in a critical care or telemetry setting preferred.
Required Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation:
- Current California RN license
- BLS card
- ACLS certification
- Fire card
