What You'll Do
A Client Partner works to build close relationships with a portfolio of clients by engaging and understanding the needed strategies and objectives within this specific environment. This opportunity aligns to our Media & Telecommunications (M&C) market domain.
The main responsibilities are focused around representing Slalom's technical services at the assigned account(s), helping set strategic direction, delivering solutions, leading/coaching teams, driving sales, and account management.

Compensation: $189,000 to $270,000 + variable bonus
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do
A Client Partner works to build close relationships with a portfolio of clients by engaging and understanding the needed strategies and objectives within this specific environment. This opportunity aligns to our Media & Telecommunications (M&C) market domain.
The main responsibilities are focused around representing Slalom's technical services at the assigned account(s), helping set strategic direction, delivering solutions, leading/coaching teams, driving sales, and account management.
- You are the trusted advisor strategically driving the full cycle of projects from pursuit to delivery
- Maintain and build Slalom's footprint within your assigned account(s)
- Partner with your client(s) to help influence strategic business + technical direction and identify ways Slalom can come in to help them achieve business objectives
- Maintain a utilization target between 20-30%
- Drive revenue responsibility between $20+MM (depending on client)
- Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom offerings, and sets the direction for that growth
- Provide oversight and governance of sold/managed engagements
- Drive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the offering
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list and understands how Slalom Practice Areas interact
- Oversee technical project delivery quality assurance
- Assign tasks when resources are between projects
- Facilitate client satisfaction surveys (where applicable)
- Manage project teams ranging from 2-10 consultants on-site
- Responsible for staffing and utilization of team
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 15+ years of account/delivery management experience.
- Consulting experience within a professional services focused environment
- Advanced technical project delivery including all aspects of program/project management
- Previous P&L and/or revenue generating responsibilities
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision making skills
