Role Mission
The Field Marketing Manager for North America will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive qualified leads and optimize the customer acquisition process across the region. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing funnels, data analysis, and digital marketing tactics to ensure effective lead generation and return on investment (ROI). The person in this role will also oversee field marketing, customer marketing, program marketing, and webinars.

Role Mission
The Field Marketing Manager for North America will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive qualified leads and optimize the customer acquisition process across the region. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing funnels, data analysis, and digital marketing tactics to ensure effective lead generation and return on investment (ROI). The person in this role will also oversee field marketing, customer marketing, program marketing, and webinars.
Your Challenge
- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, paid advertising, webinars, and content marketing, tailored to the North American market.
- Manage Field Marketing: Plan and execute field marketing events and initiatives to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Customer Marketing: Develop strategies to nurture and retain existing customers through targeted marketing efforts.
- Program Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing programs that support overall business goals and objectives.
- Webinar Management: Organize and manage webinars to educate prospects and customers, generating leads and driving engagement.
- Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences to deliver personalized and relevant messaging across all campaigns.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, lower cost per lead, and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and other marketing team members to align on goals, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
- Leverage Data and Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective creatives, headlines, and calls to action (CTAs), and iterate based on results.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep informed of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and demand generation to ensure the company remains competitive in North America.
Is This You?
- Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
