For applicants located in New York, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $114,200 - $238,400 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.

What You'll Do:
- Fundamentally, your role is to deliver deep, technical cloud and cybersecurity audit leadership and support to large financial services institutions. You will make individual contributions and lead teams in the design and execution of technical cybersecurity audits, cloud audits, and architecture design and control configuration reviews.
- Design, lead, and execute cloud control and cybersecurity audits for financial services firms, working closely and forming trusted partnerships with client Internal Audit leadership and staff.
- Create audit work papers and document findings, using industry-standard audit techniques and applying client-specific templates and preferences.
- Lead evidence gathering and walk-through meetings and create and implement control testing and validation approaches.
- Create remediation plans, roadmaps, and executive-level briefings to supplement formal audit documentation.
- Advise Internal Audit teams on the development, enhancement, and scaling of their cloud- and cyber-focused IA teams and capabilities and communicate/explain the related risks.
- Provide deep subject matter expertise on various topics related to cloud controls and cybersecurity; demonstrate a broad and deep command of cloud and cybersecurity topics and domains.
- Drive the growth of CrossCountry's cloud and cyber audit services and talent; author and support proposals and pitch decks; participate in business development and sales meetings and initiatives with Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors.
- Experience with ISO 27000 family of information security management standards: series of mutually supporting information security standards that can be combined to provide a globally recognized framework for best-practice information security management.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- ~4+ years of professional services experience, or commensurate experience
- Demonstrable experience with cloud security and controls across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Demonstrable cybersecurity experience
- Professional services and/or in-house audit experience in financial services
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
