Under the direction of the Director of Operational Effectiveness and Sales Solutions, the Omni- Channel Marketing Strategist is responsible for the seamless integration of branding, messaging platforms, and customer touchpoints, driving customer engagement, increasing conversion rates, and optimizing the overall customer journey through various marketing initiatives.

This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy, customer journey, digital marketing, and marketing automation tools to successfully build the strategies and implement marketing programs across the customer lifecycle. This includes lead generation, nurture potential and existing customers, assist with customer renewal and growth while driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that integrates branding, messaging platforms, and touchpoints.
  • Translate business strategy into customer experience strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Customer Journey:
  • Build the customer journey across multiple channels including chat, text, phone, email, and scheduling.
  • Implement strategies to optimize customer interactions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure coherence at all touch points of the customer journey by leveraging marketing tools to capitalize on the information related to customer preferences and previous interactions with YP.

Marketing & Channel Flow Management:
  • Establish targeting strategies based on customer lifecycle segmentation and marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven decision making to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Operationalize marketing programs by designing automation flows in line with the various customer journey strategies.
  • Develop and manage each marketing program along the customer lifecycle, measure results, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing to improve open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, methods of contact as well as specific business goals.
  • Set up integrations, lists, segmentations, triggers, and flows in the marketing tools and determine the sequence for campaigns across the various communication channels; Digital, Voice, Email, Chat, building out a journey to qualify leads.
  • Support Yellow Pages for Business website as well as the Resource Platform by leveraging marketing automation capabilities to deliver a customized experience on YP4B, including the Free Online Listing/ Business Profile page.
  • Be the lead for the for all the data connections with other departments (Data, IT, Sales, etc.). Ensure that all the elements are in place to complete and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Work in close collaboration with the workflow team, marketing product managers and others to build effective cross channel marketing campaigns.

Technology & Tools:
  • Ensure email marketing campaigns are aligned with strategic initiatives and set up and manage automated email campaigns.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensure that the CRM is up to date and used to its full potential.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of these campaigns to improve conversion rates.

Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
  • Create reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to the email program.
  • Set up detailed weekly and monthly reports for executive review, including the engagement dashboard, with the marketing automation tool. Follow ad hoc analysis requested by senior leadership and others.

What do you need to be an Omni-Channel Marketing Strategist at Yellow Pages?

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in omnichannel marketing, customer experience strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Five9, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Pardot.
  • B2B marketing experience and telephony call center experience.
  • Certifications in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred - this position involves occasional interactions with clients or professionals both internally and externally on a national scale. Therefore, French proficiency is an asset.
  • Microsoft office tools (excel, power point) and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
