The Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and decision-making processes within our organization. This individual will be a key contributor in preparing budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and reporting. The Senior Manager ofFinancial Planning & Analysis will provide insights and recommendations that will directly influence the company's financial performance and help guide strategic initiatives. In addition, this role will be also focus on strategic planning, equity, and incentive compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in developing and managing financial strategies, equity plans, and employee incentive programs. This newly created role will have regular interface with IT, operations, the executive leadership team and our equity partners.

What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"
Strategic Financial Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to guide decision-making and business planning.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Equity Compensation Management
- Design, implement, and manage equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs).
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to equity compensation.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to communicate equity programs and policies to employees.
Incentive Compensation Programs
- Develop and administer incentive compensation plans aligned with company goals and employee performance.
- Analyze market data to ensure competitive and effective incentive structures.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of incentive programs, making adjustments as needed.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Provide financial modeling and analysis to support business initiatives and investment decisions.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Data Management
- Oversee the collection, validation, and management of financial and statistical data.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in financial reporting and analysis.
- Implement and maintain data management best practices and tools working with the operations, IT and Accounting.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, operations, and executive leadership, to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead through influence, complex analytical modeling exercises across multi-dimensional company initiatives.

What You'll Need
- Embrace and lead change effectively while maintaining that change within the company culture.
- Proven experience in a financial planning and analysis leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Finance leadership involving implementation/use of financial systems, including but not limited to system implementations at multi-billion-dollar, global companies.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, equity tracking tools and data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong sense of ownership and drive, including a desire and ability to dive into the details.
- Experience developing and implementing processes, policies, and procedures for an entrepreneurial company.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, segregation of duties and internal controls.
- This role should be comfortable with ambiguity and can "connect the dots" using their experience and expertise to build solutions.
- Must be comfortable and confident navigating through new and complex matters.
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and technical yet flexible, self-motivated, and big-picture minded.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
- CPA and/or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
