Urgent Care - Western Indiana * Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team * Hourly compensation: * $135/hour Monday - Saturday * $150/hour Sunday * $200/hour Holidays (clinic closed Thanksgiving Day an Christmas Day) * 40-hour work week with some 12-hour shifts * Typically 2-3 providers per shift. Group currently employs 2 physicians and 8 APPs * Average patient volume: 25-30 per 12-hour day * Acute care only - no chronic care * Clinic sees a large amount of Pediatric patients, some suturing, and some I&D * Full benefits package offered including health, vision, and dental coverage, investment plan, relocation expenses, 4 weeks PTO plus 7 days CME and allowance, and more! * Located 90 minutes from Lafayette, 2 hours from Indianapolis, and 2 hours from Springfield, IL * International Airport offered in Indianapolis with nonstop flights to over 40 major US airports * H1B visa sponsorship available
