Hospitalist Physician

Please ask about our generous referral fees! * Flexibility to split with outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine if desired * Pay incentive for extra shifts * Full-time equivalent = 24 weeks/year * Well-established Hospitalist program and "Top 100 Rural Hospital in America" * 162-bed hospital and Level III Trauma Center * Schedule: 7 on 7 off, 12 hour shifts. * Hospitalists will cover Med/Surg & ICU, including ventilator co-management with intensivist, RT, and remote support from Duluth * Current team is 10 physicians and 2 NPs * Opportunity to teach and precept medical and PA students, and for future program leadership * 13-16 patients per day, per hospitalist (rounding and admitting) * Average inpatient practice volume per day: Med Surg-50 / ICU-10.
