Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

* Coverage Needed: * November 3, 2024 - ongoing * Clinic: 8am - 4:30pm, no evenings, no weekends * Call: 24-hour call once week plus Weekend call - every 6th weekend (Friday 7am-Sunday 10 pm) * Clinic and hospital location * Clinical Information: * Inpatient: Coverage of L&D, Surgical cases * Outpatient: Mix of OB, Annuals, GYN problems, procedures * Supporting staff: Triage nurse, 1 MA * Schedule: Mix inpatient and outpatient * Volume: approx 24 patients (clinic) * Facility utilizes 20-minute appointment slots for all appt types. Can assume full schedule immediately * Required: * DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active * Current Flu Vaccine * Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 * Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. * Must be board certified or board eligible * Procedures required: IUD, Nexplanon, Colposcopy, Endo biopsy * Active PA License
