THE PRACTICE Humboldt County Behavioral Health - Eureka, CA Humboldt County Behavioral Health, provides mental health services for Humboldt County residents, including eligible Medi-Cal patients. Their county services provide treatment to address their residents mental health systems, arranging follow-up quality care, and a referral network of resources. TBH supports Humboldt County Behavioral Health with Adult and Child & Adolescent physicians to address the needs of their patients. Tele-Hybrid Outpatient Services * Adult Services * Flexible 8 or 10 hours of coverage Monday Friday * 3 weeks tele services, 1 week in-person * No call, nights, or weekends * Case load of 250 * Volume of 6-8 patients per day * Average of 1-5 intakes per week * 60 minutes for an initial eval and 30 minutes for a follow-up visit * On-site one week per month, travel costs covered by TBH (for W2 employees) * Clinic hosts NP trainees, physician candidates should be comfortable being a preceptor THE BENEFITS * $300,000.00 Annually for Full-Time (40-hours per week) W-2 Employees * Comprehensive Benefits Package * Attractive 401K and Company Match * PTO & CME Accrual THE AREA * Eureka is a port city in Northern California.
